WE'RE WALKING 2 MILLION STEPS IN OCTOBER 

ABOUT THE ROTARY CLUB OF HAMPTON WALKATHON

We’re also walking to raise awareness and funds for Australian Rotary Health, Youth Mental Health Research but due to the COVID restrictions in Victoria we have to do it a little differently this year.

All members of the Rotary Club of Hampton are challenging themselves and have set a goal of reaching a combined total of 2,000,000 steps during the month of October and to raise a total of $5,000 towards funding vital mental health research.

Why This Walk Is So Important

Finding ways to combat mental illness and preventing mental health problems starts with mental health research…which can be lifesaving! That’s why the Rotary Club of Hampton members are getting out and walking our way so we can still be part of the “Lift The Lid Walk”.
